
Relyenong Bangus is a stuffed milkfish, wherein the meat is removed without breaking the skin of the fish and stuffed back after the meat is seasoned and cooked. Afterward, the whole milkfish is usually fried to golden crisp.
I've eaten a lot of sisig over the years, but Sisig Tsong really stands out with the rest. This is absolutely one of the best Sisig I've had. They take great care in preparing your meal for you and the flavors are always just right. You never get overwhelmed with an over-abundance of organ meat like you get in some restaurants. Great value for money, too!
Tried their Relyeno Tsong. Cravings satisfied! Pure meat, walang lansa at siksik sa laman. Will definitely order again!
